About

Ryan Scott DiGiovanni.

Solo practitioner. Vero Beach. Fifteen years answering phones, returning calls, and showing up prepared.

"I started this practice to do legal work the way I'd want it done for my own family — straightforward, responsive, and actually focused on the outcome."

I've been a member of the Florida Bar since 2011. For nearly a decade, my work has concentrated in criminal defense — DUI, drug cases, and serious felonies in the 19th Judicial Circuit. Alongside that, I help Indian River County families with the quieter but equally important work of estate planning and probate.

Solo practice means you talk to me, not an associate, not a paralegal queue. It means I know your file. It means returning calls — by phone, text, or email, whichever you prefer.

I grew up around the law and chose it deliberately. The reviews clients leave tend to mention three things: I listen, I explain things plainly, and I prepare. That's not a marketing line — it's the only way I know how to do this work.
